Episode 3

Inspiration vs. Motivation: Why Some Tasks Never Get Done Even When You're Really Motivated

Every business owner has two types of tasks - “I have to” tasks and “I’m excited to” tasks - and there is usually a pretty clear indication of what lights us up.

It reminds me of this really powerful quote by Abraham Hicks…

“Motivation is forcing yourself to do something you don’t want to do, and inspiration is having a clear picture of what you want to achieve and letting universal forces come into play to get to the outcome.”

Why do we really drag our feet on certain tasks? What do we do about the activities that just aren’t clicking with us?

In this episode, I’m going to talk about the difference between motivation and inspiration and how to create a natural momentum to get things done.

Three Things You’ll Learn In This Episode
