In the world of sales, a lot of really great people struggle to hit their numbers - not because they are bad at sales, but because they don’t resonate with the prevailing sales methods. 

Not every salesperson will feel motivated in a typical high-pressure, high-volume environment. If the traditional approach to selling makes you feel icky, and you prefer to succeed through connection and relationship, you’re a matcher, and this is a very different archetype to a sales consultant. 


Many matchers struggle to meet their goals because they believe they don’t measure up - but the problem isn’t you, it’s how you’ve been trained.
