As entrepreneurs serving our clients, we’re fiercely passionate about what we do, but that doesn’t mean we have to spend 80-hour weeks on our businesses to the detriment of everything else in our lives. 

Even in the most labor-intensive, client-centric industry, we have the ability to create a lifestyle that works for us, and that includes how and when we work. 


Once we do away with the belief that we have to be busy all the time, we can actually create the schedule we want. In my case, I’m able to work 45 hours a month and have a thriving business, but I had to make some changes.
